Letter to Rob Lamm

Learning from a Lamm at Hemmingway-Pfeiffer Retreat was smooth sailing.
Dear Rob,

Cruising with you and a crew of 13 other curious creatures for four days on the good ship Creativity was robustly refreshing. (You're smiling, aren't you?)

Your warm, easygoing manner and enthusiasm, dear Captain, manifested itself toward each writer individually as well as the crew collectively. Be assured it was much appreciated by every writer sailing along with you in unexplored waters.

Yesterday I rescued my PC from computer "sick bay", so I have adjusted my course to full speed ahead. That should produce additional Letters I Never Mailed: And Some I Did plus a chapbook of poems I wrote in 2012 (working title: On the Tip of My Tongue) by the time I reach safe harbor again at H-P, perhaps next year.

Thank you for your time, talent, and tenacity among the tintamarre produced by your recent all-female crew. You are a courageous captain!
