Counting my blessings and moving on one day at a time The visitor who has become a squatter (Covid) remains and will for quite a while yet. So long as I remember to count my myriad blessings, take good care of myself and exercise I will keep on trucking, one day at a time.
It really takes a lot of courage and strength to play by the rules and get through each day, but it is doable. I have to remind myself of all the other times in my life when "it hit the fan" and how I chose to deal with the challenge - and made it.
I always seemed to take the road less traveled and gave it all I had, relying on God, my inner strength and belief in myself, knowing everything I needed was within me and I have to regain that mindset again.
Keeping tabs daily of my progress is a gret way to do it.
