We all meet many friends As we journey through our days And though our friends are many Each one is different in some way Some listen when you need to talk Always there to lend an ear Some just seem to have a way To make you laugh when they are near Some friends it seems are always there To brighten up your day And sometimes times are sad When a friend must go away The kind of friendship that we have You see cannot be lost My life will be forever richer For the day that our paths crossed Jack Roberts � March 19, 2003
