Beautiful poem. My family is my inspiration. I write about someone in my family everyday. It is wonderful to see how they've grown in my eyes as I look over the pieces. Great challenge!

Wow! Thanks for the mention--hope to keep you smiling or laughing aloud :)!
We're already getting things together (washing Doogie's favorite stuffed animal as Pooch always goes with him into surgery); the stuffed brown dog was a gift to Doogie when he was two--from my only brother, Mike--yet Sherry--Doogie's mom--allowed the rats to gnaw on the poor thing. I restuffed and repaired him long ago but Doogie sees him as 'imperfect' and thus, loves him to pieces.
So~although I love your and usually rise to challenges, it may be a while :)! We leave on Sunday (early) and have to be at Casey Eye Institute in Portland at 6:30 am for Doogie's pre-op exam/preps.
Adore you, Jack, and all the others I've met at AD.

wow!! this could be a challenge that I would try to take on.....as long as I don't land up in the "Dead dog-box" as usual...but I sure gonna give it a go.....even if I have to lie about some....."two timers"...toooo.......hehehehe...but won't pick a fight I promise you that!!
