Growth must be continuous; we should always see ourselves as "becoming more."

BECOMING

 

Becoming whole,

I let go of ill-fitting beliefs

And the small stale ideas that

Emerge from a reluctant mindset.

Grasping for the Now,

I reach and clutch new heights,

New levels of growth,new levels of life!

the 'becoming whole' does not mean 'growth' or 'a new level.' First of all, it means purification -- the real point of your verse, not growth; hence hovering. Cheers, alex
