Snow gently falling

Spring just a day away

Nature in all her glory

On the verge of major change

Each flake unique

A masterpiece unto itself

Quietly drifting down

To rest upon another

To form a blanket of white

Inside my cozy warm house

I sit by my fireplace

And look out my window

Marveling at the display

Of nature’s diversity

A silent symphony

I remember many snow falls when I was in my pre-teens in Calumet, Michigan. It was beautiful, and even though I couldn't go outside, right away, we still had fun watching the snow come down. I do so agree with Mitzi tho, the snow being a "silent symphony" does have a class all to iteself. This is a very good poem, of Mother Nature's icy phenomena. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. with much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister, Barbie

Natures gift is the snow flakes falling so gently covering the earth like a white carpet.

A wonderful tribute to a beautiful phenomenon of nature. I love snow. We don't get enough around here on the west coast. Thank you for sharing this offering, Bobbi Ann. Love and peace. Regis

A peaceful write... snow, in March, is a lot nicer, then snow in October... easier to enjoy because it won't be around to much longer...
