Either laugh or cry. I'll attempt a chuckle my tears ran dry.
B**ch and moan Whine and cry Can someone here Please tell me why I read the papers Almost everyday There’s always something That makes my day Sarah’s gone fishin’ Bernie’s in jail Sanford’s caught Spinning Argentine tale Cheney’s been dumping On Dubya Bush It’s certain Pelosi Has a head full of mush The CIA’s been lying to Congress again My what a surprise Let the contest begin Limbaugh is choking on Sonia’s opinion Oddly confused about Potential dominion The Golden state budget Is no where to be found While the mayor of LA Keeps sleeping around Lamar just can’t live On ten million a year Were I a fan of the sport I would boycott next year Washington is spending More money than exists On the entire damn planet For its political twists I really get tired Of inbred politicians We should just replace them With circus magicians You would know in advance For the price of admission With a smile on you face You’ll get beat into submission Copyright 2009 Patrick A. The only thing worse than the newpaper is the smiling faces of the newsreaders on tv. Where is Edward R Murrow when you need him most?
