In the dictionary of your mind I’m sure you’ll find the words The ones that put me on alert When you threaten tandem birds That single digit birdie That seems to come in pairs Provides me much amusement When they accompany blank stares It means I really got your goat A Shepherding success I knew each button that I pushed Would cause you to obsess You said I had a mean streak But I don’t think that it’s true Unless your definition means This poem was meant for you Copyright 2010 Patrick Granfors
