Do you copy?.....…over.

Zzzzzzzzzzzz

Ah, Washington Dulles this is Tango Delta Alpha 240

Requesting landing vectors

Do you copy?.....…over

Faint music in the background…..

Here’s Cal Worthington and his dog spot….

Go see Cal, Go See Cal, Go see Cal

Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Ah, Washington Dulles this is Tango Delta Alpha 240

Repeat,  we are requesting landing vectors

Do you copy?.....…over

Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Odd thumping along the floor….

Tremendous Whack on Back of Chair

MMmmmffffmff  Huh?

PATRICK!!! TURN OFF THAT DAMN MILITARY CHANNEL AND COME TO BED!!!!!

Yes dear.

Ah, Washington Dulles this is Tango Delta Alpha 240

Repeat,  we are requesting landing vectors

Love it! I can't stand to have radio, TV, or cell phone squawking when I'm trying to sleep. And I hire people to wake up and help me many times during the night. Sometimes they don't or have trouble waking up–so I crash land.

Reminds me of a horrible joke I heard about a guy who went to a 12 step program. In the room next door there was this deafening fog horn that would go off every 5 minutes. He asked what the heck that was. Turns out in that other room there was a narcolepsy support group meeting.
Guess air traffic controllers could learn from this.
