Happy New Years to all my denmate friends!
I am a water dragon

Poem Artwork

Penultimate day

Of the year’s transformation

To Water Dragon

Symbol of Power

Water calms the dragon’s fire

Rabbit’s spell released

Possibilities

Positive and Negative

Neutral when combined

Sparks of love crackle

Igniting the dragon’s breath

Yin and Yang prevail

predictions....Love one another to Embrace,

The Year of the Dragon - the only imaginary creature in the Chinese Zodiac. Maybe our imaginations can help make this sad old world of ours a better place in 2012. Happy New Year, Water Dragon.

Patrick, thank you for a year of intellectual humor that at times left me laughing but, more often than not, left me thinking. I was born way back in 1934 and haven't an idea what Chinese year this relates to. But once again, thank you for being Patrick.

Hah! I, too, was born in the Year of the Rabbit. I've a few days left, and it is the Dragon's turn. Nice work, Patrick.

Happy New Year to you Patrick too.My brother is the year of the Dragon and he is looking forward to it approaching .The year 2011 in the Chinese calendar is the Year of the Rabbit. It began on February 3, 2011 and will end on January 22, 2012.The rabbit is the year I was born into so I am holding onto it protectively until the Dragon comes in.It has been an awsome year and I hope the year of the dragon is great for us all especially our Den Family.
Love to you and yours
