"Flames of Passion"

I quench my thirst from heaven above

Stretch my arms and call to God

To sooth the pain of anger now beaten

As flames of anger still reddens the heaven above

So beautiful against a stormy cloud

Dreams divine mixed with them

Hot and vibrant like flames of fire in the wind

Nothing matter…

The flames of passion…

It will not stay very long

Sunbeams still dancing…will murmur soon

Murmur under moon and stars… linger

As love goes on… on for ever and a day

For ever and a day love would stay

Yes men may come and go

But there is no one I could love more

You will always be my only one

The silent one…

Who whisper lovely words to me

To make me write poems of heartache or love

As I quench my thirst from heavens above

So beautiful against a stormy cloud

Vibrate like flames of anger in the wind

Nothing matter

The flames of passion will not stay very long

As I now turn around and walk away

Beautiful poem Tinka. Heart touching.

I enjoyed the pen Tinka. I see AD has a festering sore that resembles
something passed at night LOL. I've running a psych profile on the comments he posts. From what I can tell he was yanked off the bottle too quick as a child. I think his jealousy comes from delf denial syndrome.

Alas, the flames of passion never seem to last long enough, for any of us. Another powerfully sad poem, Tinka.
