God Tinka.
I've been through a lot, and just hoping to be back at AD more.
But I sure did not want to come back to find this.
If crying in my heart is a prayer, you've got it.

Tinka, you need to call the police and have him arrested. While he is in prison you can pack his bags and take them to one of his relatives for safe keeping. At the same time, have a locksmith come and change the locks on all the doors to your home. File a restraining order so that he would be arrested again if he came within a certain distance of you or Nicholas. You need to protect yourself. ~ Sara

Tinka, this is very sad news, indeed. Sounds serious enough to seek official help in restoring safety and peace in your life. Your voice will be missed. Take the best of care, Poetess, you deserve nothing less!

Tinka, I know I am new here, but not to your problem. I have been in Law Enforcement for many years. The advise I will give you is,
you are the only one that can stop the cycle of abuse, seek shelter and press charges. Be strong, and I add my prayers to all of your other friends here at AD.
