My Life Journey

The journey of my life
Was not a joy at all
I have been young
I have been a lover
I have been a mother
I have been a mentor
I have been a defender
I have been a warrior
I have been a loser
Now I am a nothing with a broken heart
I am not the lover I use to be
I am not the mother with trust in her heart
I have been rejected as the mentor
I have been disrespected many times
I have tried to defend my love
I even became a rainbow warrior of love
But now I am the loser of everything I hold dear
I lost my faith in true love
I lost my hope for destiny
I lost my heart this one time too many
I lost control of my feelings
I lost reality in time
I lost the will to carry on
I lost my believe
I opened my heart and soul
And started to write about it all
And got the shock of my life
And realize what the hell I was doing
What am I trying to accomplish
Will I become a something again
Knowing no one really cares what I do
I am like invisible ink
A nothing who dare in fear
To explain the feelings of despair
All the invisible remarks and reviews you don't see
That tells me more than words could ever say
Like for example
I don't care about you girl
I don't love you woman
I don't want you to be my lover
You are invisible to me
Do you understand me
I wish you will disappear from my life
For me to never hear or see you again
Because you became a real pain to me
And that I must get the hell out of your life
And never show my face again
To just shut up and stop my poetry skills
To write with invisible ink in my heart
Now I have nothing more to write about
I have no love just hurt in my life
But what do I do if my love is still so strong
That I can't bear the pain any more
Do I go or do I stop
Is this The End

T....tears and fears forever
H...hope and forgiveness to you
E...endless love will go on till my dying day

E...everlasting heartache and pain
N...never to give up hope for you to come
D...Dead I will be

What a touching and heartbreaking write.
Not much advise I can give you here, only to try and forget about him. He's not worth your love.

hey Tinks, why don't you just put on some boxing gloves and punch yourself. You beat yourself too much. Out of all my failures I just can't beat myself. I'll live a good fantasy first, or maybe live in wonderland but your poetry is you, the beat part, loving part and all. Merry X-mas. LOve and peace. G

Moving words...sometimes life can seem so dark. But, then the sun comes back out and the shadows fall away. All good things to you, M'Lady.

Or with the lemons make gin and lemon, and celebrate the new year..
C'mon no pity parties, just up the road in Botswana, Zimbabwe they have cause to complain they can't do anything about their plight.
You got yer health and a daughter who loves you. And a full belly.. And all them piggies. Bet they oink yer to bits..
So gives a smile c'mon Tinks

Agree with Ed and Carmen below Tinka
You need to build that invisible wall quickly, and stop judging yourself by other people's opinions or actions
My mom used to say to me when I was a kid " You worry too much about what other people think of you "...she was right then, and I corrected that by beginning to believe in myself with the help of God !
You need to do the same Tinka !
You have a remarkable latent talent in creative writing..keep on using it, to the peak of your powers

This is the saddest damn self put down I've read in a long time. How can you do this to yourself! A beautiful woman a loving heart like yours, talent a lot would die for,a home a husband children, and what looks like a really fantastic location by the ocean, and all you can do is sing a song of "Nobody loves me! Baloney! Get over it! Everybody here loves you and says so every day when they read you. Sorry Tinka, but I always stick up for people I care about when they get trashed, even when they do the trashing themselves!Remember the most important person to love you is yourself, and you don't seem to do that!Let alone the unconditional love that God gives you!

You are only nothing is you think you are, Tinka. "Knowing no one really cares what I do." Even if that were true and it isn't, so what? Life is not easy. It is not fair. Again. So what? It is the only one you have. Live it!

Tinka: Life is full of sour lemmons, so we make lamonade. Too often, we base our self worth on the opinions of others. The real trick is to love yourself so much as to form an invisible wall to keep them lemons, away. I've seen many a comment on this site praising your talent and poetic growth. So you take that and run with it and keep on doing what you do so well. KEEP WRITING.

Terrible situation to be in but you have the strength and grit to overcome all adversity. Put your trust in God, He won't deceive you or let you down.
