“ The Dark of Night “

The dark of night leans upon my window
Spilling its wet breath against my windowpane

Rainbow dreams messing into my lap
And a pigmy that’s telling me he will see you soon

Splashing moonlights in this pitch black night
A darkness that is calling me

Wants to cover me up tonight
Into a snow white winters tail

And with the heartache
Of this darkest night

Crawling down my window pane
In the wonder of a fairy tail

That makes you think
How unimportant age has become

An owl and pigmy fetching raindrops
Splashing them against crystal glass

Make believe and pretending
Can make origin not to be so scary

And the rhythm of the lyrics
Come begging for some kind word in verse

I am crying with my pigmy friend
Who fetches drops of rain to shed a tear with me

And messing upon my windowpane
Until the rainbow falls from heaven

And the foot prints of the pigmy disappears
And moonlight dripping down

From the street lamp and window
Until silence of life appears]

And the fairy tail ends
A sad cry jumps out into the night

Begging for peace of mind
Pillow wet...heart crying out loud

Come back to me... rainbow dream scattered
And darkness is calling me

And cover me up
In total black
