The Crazy Side

I think if you get close enough

Going any deeper into my head

You might see the crazy side of me

No jokes folks…

I am losing the battle to fight

Within this tunnel of despair

I have this urge the last few days

To just bang my head against a wall

To crack my skull open

Keep on beating it up

To get release from this pain

To bang it till it becomes a soft pulp

Until it just explode

To paint the wall of insanity

Hidden deep inside of me

A scattered mess for all to see

A million pieces like fireworks

This paint the crazy side of me

An emotional write my friend, I think at one time or another most have felt this insanity...when the world comes crumbling in, or taking us by storm, when chaos surrounds our every turn...pray on and have faith, this storm shall pass!

Dear Tinka,

I find that the most fun people to be around have a crazy side.

Don't despair,
Ruffle your hair,
Scream at a cloud
Then laugh out loud.

Love & Light always and in all ways,
Joseph*

Wow I usually go to my garage I have a
Punching bag and just bet that bag with a frying pen
It helps me to realised my stress
But I don't recommended because the fallowing day
The pain in your arms will drive you crazy too!
Whatever is bringing on all that stress and making you
Feel blue its taking control, don't let it
You hold the power to fight the darkness
I will prayed to God to give you the strength!
Excellent write!!

My personal favorite means of stress release - take a pillow and beat the heck out of an unmoveable chair, all the while yelling what is bugging. In the absense of that, I pray with all my might. Then sometimes, I WISH I had a pin to poke my head - to release some of the tension --- not joking.

Whatever is making you feel like banging your head or that you're going crazy has power over you [I believe] because we sometimes give in to the "dark side."

I will keep you in my prayers - praying that your 'paint' bring, lovely, peaceful and God-filled tranquility to your heart.

God bless you,
Kathy

The pressure builds and some of us look for ways to ease it. Beating our heads against the wall is one way. I feel your pain. I also hope it gets better.

We're all crazy, Tinky, but bangin our heads against the wall probably won't help any of us, at all.

What you need is a match to light and see that despair is only a shadow, or darkness. If you light one match from that litle matchbook of hope you wouldn't need to bang your head againt the wall, ever.

I have some feeling akin to this from time to time and probably they will intensify as I get into the book . . . But we're both stronger that we give ourselve credit for, besides we like ourseleves too much to do anything drastic . . . Oh, the poem of mine . . . No, it was NOT in broad daylight . . . This explains it . . .

Street lamps highlighted the cloistered female,
I watched her use her hand like reading Braille.
In her blouse to the softness of her breast,
The other between her legs and her nest.

Tinka, this reminds me of MEEEEEEE, yes there is the one way of dealing with it and getting rid of added pressure as Fee says look at our children and grandchildren, thats what we use to relieve pain.
Thank you for sharing and hope your day gets better. thinking of you.

Life can certainly put enough pressure on us these days to make us feel this way doesn't it but then all we have to do is look at our kids or grandkids and know that life is a treasured miracle.

hugs to you Tinka, use a pillow,

I think we would all find the same kind of fireworks in each our heads. I do know that hitting my head against the wall has always resulted in one thing....a headache! Much better to put these words of despair down at the end of the pen. The benafit of that is helping others to see things they may not have seen before.
Thanks and my very best
