Liar

Liar, Liar
Pants on fire
Is my childhood’s
Remembered
Nursery rhyme.

A Liar lies
Liar , liar
A liar by another name
Still a liar.

Stooges spin lies
Making excuses, scenarios
And interjecting
Their own lies
To explain
The Liars lies.

so true. and when they are caught, you have proof, they still try and turn it around and make you feel like your the crazy one. That it is all in your head. And you have proof on paper, black and white, a photograph, clear as day.......and they still lie. I don't get it. The liar is caught and they still continue. No wonder I have trust issues...No wonder I'm a freakin nut case. Having to live to forgive so much, so many, every freakin damn day.

So true and sadly, in many walks of life linger the liars, William. Love and peace, friend,

Most “Mythomaniac” successful people know how to make their lies work throughout their lives. Every day they begin with a new lie and eventually their lies kill their conscience and life becomes a dream.

I remembered that nursery rhythm also, and yes unfortunately,
your poem reflects that liars are still doing their thing, lying.
(smile) I enjoyed reading your poem today.

Hanging from a telephone wire? Plenty of them going around these days… But then, there is always been liars, trying to get away with it.
