Kill the Bug

The pesky insect has got to go.

Kill the pesky bug,

He's only a bug in the rug.

A lower form of life,

But just the same a life,

He has invaded my space,

So on the bottom of my foot shall be his final place.

So I grab a tissue,

To help solve the issue,

I reach down and pick the little critter up,

Then walk him to the door,

This day I didn't mash him in the floor.

*********************

If it doesn't sting or bite,

Or be a pest on my home site,

I repect the lower form of life,

Because it is a life.

I hope and pray,

That someday,

God will say,

He truly respected all life,

So on this day I'll respect his life,

and won't mash him like a bug,

In a rug.

Blink,

Gone

It is not good to kill bugs, bugs have rights too,
did you ever see
'Men in black'...the movie?
If I could come back as any bug at all
I would pick the inchworm...measuring merrigolds would be a very nice way to live.
As for spiders?I am terrified of them, they are so big here in Australia .
yuk!
Great little poem made me feel like a snug little bug in a rug.
