Force the sucker.

the rule book,
throw it out the door!
feeling bad,
meter reaching sad,
smile anyway,
laugh the blues away,
make life pay.

if it don't fit,
force it,
jam the sucker in,
bust it wide open,
now you're positively coping.

i'm not writing,
to be writing,
i had a hard A of a day,
nothing went my way,
not even my new truck,
i wanted to go,
it didn't want to go.
wait a minute here truck,
you're brand new,
what the----is with you?

bought a new battery,
rode awhile,
the battery went chill,
stuck again,
man I can't seem to win!
not today anyway.

finally got to work,
work beat the sweet out,
nothing went right,
my boss picked a fight.
finally the day came to an end,
so I still try to force a grin,
maybe a smile.

as I sat here in word,
i'll write a smile on this face,
force it in place,
where it belongs,
forget the wrongs!
wear it to bed,
glad i,
gladi,
gladi,

forced this light!

This poem shows those bad days in our life very well that there are times when it seems everything goes wrong.
