Here's a more recent one. A playful little thing we hardly notice anymore, given a personality.

streams meander mingle flow wander merge, dodge birds, fall wave gather glisten narrow rush spray collide feed together widen wider crash into a sea of breakers bringing life to the interface, the food chain, the face, the depth of the dream.

Written 6/9/2000. Unpublished (until now).
I took the photo at the Wild Animal Park at about the same time. Bird with ripples. Very mellow.
