Pretty little twinkle,
my heart's a fizzle
for dazzling angel eyes.
It comes as no surprise--
love has no disguise.
Innocent purity
truly appeals, you see.
You lived only two hours
leaving a void, sad tear.
You brought angelic cheers.
I am thankful for you
and, again, cry my eyes blue.
Empty arms ache to hold you
nestle close as you smile, grin;
that's how it would've been.
My pretty, little one
our love will ne'er be done.
I still feel angel eyes.

Michael is buried in Xenia, Ohio.
He weighed only 14 ounces; my daughter, his mom, was only five months pregnant.
