Late at twilight I passed the grey slope

Of the verdant hills,

And the face of moon followed me hotfoot,

Dogging my heels;

Her eyes were fixed on me devotedly

And in her eyes

I discerned irredeemable woe—

There were only a couple of small hours

Till daybreak cut off our visual contact.

Lovely write , you say it in few words where I may use many. I have a poem of mine on similar lines with the title A quite affair!!!, ie when i saw the moon on my window sill just for a while when it was on its westward journey once. J K Roseline

It would be my prayer on the next moon to change the helplessness of being lost to the smile of having been found and appreciated once again.
