Certainly a lot of enchantment in this poem. And I love the mention of the silvery road laid out on waters seemingly leading the way to the moon sitting high over the ocean. There is nothing more enjoyable than wishing to ride that road all the way to a moonbeam.
we all become enchanted in the glow of a full bright moon, on water, swampy environ or open fields of grass in a mountain glade. and well we should be in that beautiful embrace. well penned
Ahhh . . . Down here in the swamps of south Louisiana the moon has a certain mystique about it as it hangs in the sky seemingly even touching Bayou Lafourche. It is at those moments I receive untold vibrations, filling my heart with a dark glee.
Easily said and actually easily done. I have often marvelled (and written about) the amazing pathway that is reflected of the moon in the dark waters of night. One particular memory was in Cyprus, off Larnaca. I just fell into a trance, as you suggest here in this poem.
