Coming up against the stone wall,
I have suddenly found myself
Blessed by Mother Nature
And allowed at last to realize
That I am a grain of sand which,
Being enticed by my own inertness,
Settled down on the bed
Of the Lake of Inaction.
From there I keep my protruding eyes
On what is silently drifting
Above my bottom shelter
Without regular defences,
And an endless train of notions
And second thoughts that, I am sure,
Does not stand any more
Between me and Creation
Thrived all over my stingray-like body
And my electrified mind.
Love ya!
Jane
Always,
Deborah
