Verse 1
I've left the north
And winter behind
Where all things stopped
In their tracks
For saving energy at rest.
Verse 2
In the east and springtime
I've found all insects get out
Of the winter sleep to emigrate
From the warm humus
Up to the blooming trees
Standing in the chilly wind.
Verse 3
On a southern border,
Amid the riot growth
In the height of summer. . .
What else could be added
To such a somersault?!
