Seagulls flying in the sky high above,
soaring across the blue misty spray,
sight and beauty, peace of a dove,
an eagle squawks searching for prey.
An amber glow radiating across the sky,
set to a backdrop of deep velvet so blue,
within the peace of passive seas we die,
for the reality of life and death are true .
In Nature, it’s raw beauty is all but tame,
for the brave, venturing out if they dare,
a wild stallion, wind blowing it’s mane,
captures the essence of hearts we share.
Visions of the sea, spirits are captured,
searching for answers in the morning light,
ever lost in the grand illusion and rapture,
we never realizing life fades in the night.
