Incredible Edibles…

In my home, so rare,

Turkey, stuffing and gravy,

Only on holidays, barely,

Had some tonight, Rufuz too,

Very little for the dog, want no sickness I do…

Good meal, but not my favorite,

Gonna do with the rest, what I think is right,

Throw it in the woods, so near, for the animals to eat,

A veritable smorgasbord they get in this treat…

If I have left over anything, that I deem edible,

I give it to the animals in the woods, so incredible,

I see them every now and then; partaking of the food; I leave,

Looking up at me and my camera, posing as if to say thanks,

For a different meal, rather than the stuff we usually achieve…
