Overdone, Not so Fun...

Now I have gone and done it, hurt my back in a place I have done so before, taken some pills, now to sleep for a bit....

Overdone, Not so Fun…

Got a lot done today, its true ,

Must have overdone too much, no fun,

Lower back aching after lifting the fuel,

Then the propane, is heavier than gas, so cruel…

Feel better now that all is done, yes,

Would rather not have this backache, I guess,

Need to relax just a bit, take a long nap, or less…

Even Rufuz is tired today as well,

Must be the weather too, he can tell,

When the clouds are thick, and the humidity is on the rise,

The weather does my back in, my back it has swollen in size…

Maybe some heat, or cold pack, whichever do I need?

To get back into shape, well as much as I was, I will heed,

Wish I had our horse Sinders over here to do some work, a steed is what I need…

Oh Ed, I hate that your back has gone and left you behind in pain...hope you get to feeling better, and instead of some steed, a burley son will do next time.

Send the steed for me, too, Ed.
I have been drywalling this past week, and twisted MY back, too!
I hear you loud and clear!

(((Ed)))

So sorry you hurt your back! I know how it is to have a bad back; sometimes my back acts up on me, and it is NOT fun! When your back hurts, your WHOLE body hurts, and you feel like HELL! I hope you take it easy and hope your back troubles ease off soon!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :(
