Damn, Did “Ed” Work Today, Oh Yes…
The old wreck looks halfway decent now,
Not like that of a really old sow,
Anymore than I do, I really should take a bow…
Now if only I can clean up the yard,
Doesn’t really look all that hard,
But hard it is, as I really dislike manual labor, definitely in that regard…
Skirting off, plastic off the windows, new screens,
Geez it almost looks livable, I would in fact scream, if I could,
Beat to death, but Rufuz still wants to play, old pain he is, I say…
Storage box all cleaned out, room for more toys,
Wish I had a lawn mower, would get neighbor boys,
To cut my lawn, trim my tree back and general further cleaning, oh what a joy…
Got my Jeep all cleaned up too, gonna rain the next few days,
But still it looks better than it did, no more of the suns rays,
Many campers this weekend, could be the holiday, never thought of camping for easter…
Boy are they gonna be cool tonight, I got heat, they don’t, poor them, happy me,
Bet we lose quite a few bits of wood around the campground tonight, or a whole tree…
