Where Did Everybody Go…?

Hey, I came home, expecting to see,

Many, many poems and stories from sea to sea,

Not one did I receive, is it you or is it me?

I usually have tons of stuff to read before I sleep,

Things to think about, comment on and generally to keep,

But tonight, nobody did write anything; or AOL did not allow it, ain’t that cheap?

Pouring rain here, did so all the way home,

Got Rufuz walked; out we did roam,

Prior to the onslaught again of rainy weather,

Rufuz is happy to have me home, and I say of the rain, whatever…

Time for a buzz, no headache have I had today, someone’s prayers worked okay,

I give thanks to all that prayed,

For my headache &/or my general malaise the last few days…

So get your collective butts up and start to type,

I need to see some humor from Katy; yes I am ripe,

Then another twisted quotation from Anna Marie,

Would help to sleep this night so happy and free,

Or a weather related poem from Karla, my dear,

Anything from Ed K would be welcome,

Or Dan S, or Bill B or Tinka or anyone for that matter…

You all really worry me, when I do not see one posting,

I have so many I read, you really must be coasting,

Along through your life today, so send me something, yes with toasting!
