Not a song by a great singer of the blues,
Just me lamenting about the loss of my shoes,
Had to throw them away, they got all chewed…
Watched them as they slipped beneath the other trash,
Old papers, old un-used food, kinda like being swallowed,
By the trashcan so big, so full the can, so far from being hollow…
Uh oh, I left my extra key in the pocket of one shoe,
Now I got to become one with the trashcan & junk inside,
Hey is this called trashcan diving, I had to jump in,
The story of my life, forgetting the key, ow, I just bumped my knee…
Hope the trash truck does not come today,
I could be therein spirited away,
While still in the can, looking for that one wayward shoe,
Damn it all Rufuz, leave my shoes alone; you have plenty of chew toys,
I have very few shoes, especially with a pocket, where will I get another,
Oh the hell with it, I have extra keys, let me get out of here please…

PS Rufuz must be Turbo's cousin; I, myself, have only one pair of shoes left - and I guard them with my life.
with a new dilemma. Thanks for the chuckle on a cold,
gloomy day.
