Where has my Muse Been

My muse seems to have returned, seven little poems in one sitting, oh my I am really quite stirred...

Prolific today, not sure why,

My muse of late has been taken on the fly,

Where did it go this muse of mine?

Thought therein regards this muse; that I actually did lose…

So today I have been going nuts, writing like there were no buts,

Can’t seem to stop, can’t find a reason,

To change my ways, to wait till next season,

Maybe over my brain, where my muse does reside,

There grew, an otherwise normal thing, yes a lesion,

Not allowing me to write, not allowing me to think,

Maybe in reality it is my job; that is the reason for my lack of muse of late…

So herein enjoy, all my unusual and hopefully humorous writes,

They are written to make you laugh, to make you find joy, only right…

Sometimes the muse seems to like to play hard to get. It's the female side in her. Thank you for sharing this offering, Ed. Love and peace. Regis

Your muse was out soaking up spring sunshine, to alight in your brain and brighten those synapses into firing, one perfect pearl of a poem after another - what a great day you have had, what great things for us to read. Thank you!
Carol
