TANNING NAILS SALE…

Saw a shop today while traveling,

That does “nail tanning”,

Is this something new?

Or did it take planning?

I too want my nails all tanned,

But only my nails, not my fingers or my hand,

I want something entirely different,

No pierced ears, lips, tongues or anything down there, for me,

Just want my nails all tanned as dark as night, let them reflect in light…

How do they, if I may ask, tan a nail?

Do they take it off my finger, and sit it in the sun?

How long does it stay after this process is done?

Will I have tanned nails for life, or just a part or some?

In point of fact, why would they tan a nail?

Or are we discussing nails used in wood carried in a pail?

Think just maybe this writer has a screw or nail loose,

Maybe the store meant they did nails, and gave out tans,

But if that is the case, why would they do it for nothing?

After all, giving out tans is like giving them away, or am I wrong?

Maybe I should just wait again and see the sign tomorrow,

This time I should drive by maybe just a little bit slow,

Then for sure, with my knowledge of life, I will certainly know…
