Lets try some darker humor, if it is humor?

Down & Dirty…

Feeling down and dirty,

No reason to be more than flirty,

Just wanted you to know,

In case I really do want to just go,

Leaving my cares and all of my woe’s,

Behind, so that you can deal with the overflow…

‘Would miss this place, if it became so overwhelming to stay,

I try and try to fight my way out of this wet paper bag,

Feel, I do, like an old worn out shoe,

To die today I would gladly pay…

So if you see me in this mood, just ignore it, don’t worry about being rude,

I have enough rude for the both of us; that you can count on as being true ,

Under humor is this in the category as I find it a bit funny; do I need to get a clue?

I tell you all that I do really love all of you…

Down and Dirty, what a title, ED you must be on my wave length today mate, and you better get out of that wet paper bag, coz it's all happnin here. I've managed to weasel my way into the Australian Cricket team ( yeah I know ) playing none other than Test Cricket, something never done before, I stand to be humiliated in the most indignant way, so c'mon I need you to root for me, as I attempt to break ground ( rather than wind) I need yah!

Will be at the Pitch first up I'd say, I think they want to try and eliminate me asap to save face. LOL
See yah in the crowd up in the grandstand, You'll be the one with the Dog cheering, waving a US flag ok. Got me binoculars, so no scusing yourself.

Hugs
Ch'erie

I read a gentle sincere cry of sorrow and yet making light of it, as if it wasn't ok to acknowledge that ache without laughing it off.

The poem was easy to read with catchy rhyming

Has the rain made you this moody? Just kidding! Good poem but sad. You usually have spunk to your lines but today I'm a little worried.

Peace thru Loving you too, Big Guy!!! Now don’t think this means we’ll be kissing or anything!!!

Ed...get out of the bag and into the sunshine!
Let ol Ruf lead the way to some new interesting "discovery"
in your life today.

These verses would make a cool blues song, too!

That's right, Andy! You tell him.

Shape Up, You Down and Dirty Rascal. Time to Suck it in, and Merrily Fight your way out of that wet paper bag. I bet if you get a really really big wet paper bag, and you crawl inside it with Rufuz; he will love you for it; and he will joyously help you fight your way out of it. Cause that's just what good friends, do.
