Hackneyed…

Gotta get out tonight,

For dinner and some friendship,

Gotta get about right,

My brain abused and overused lacking any light…

Going to a friend’s for dinner, he makes a hellacious meatloaf,

Better than sitting around here at home being a loaf,

To go out to dinner with my friend, as much as he is an oaf…

Hard to write today, hard to find a good subject,

Not that this one isn’t, as it is the one that I did select,

To let you know, to tell you so, just what I plan to do, I mean herein no disrespect…

So let me take my shower, shave and the other stuff necessary to feel human,

Or at least of this spaceship earth I will be a clean & content crewman…
