Dad is tired of cleaning & the vacuum is on its last legs, er, uh, wheels...

Poem Artwork

Rufuz, we need to have a dad to dog talk…

I know you can’t help but to shed,

It is part of you I understand yes bred,

But my vacuum cleaner requests that you stop before its dead,

From sucking up all your hair, it seems to have this feeling of dread…

Rufuz my dear friend, I clean up after you complete,

I feed you the best I can yes meat,

I brush you daily and keep you neat,

So can you be with your hair, just a little more discreet?

Maybe you can learn, as you are such a smart guy,

To pick up your biggest clumps, before daddy from allergies does cry,

As no matter what you do, either way here or not,

Daddy will never let you go; he will keep you and live with blowing out snot…

i had allergies as a child to fur and had to take needles for many years for it. Now I do not have the allergy. I got lucky :-) Love the photo!

Lovely picture of Rufuz. It's good to have some problems. You might consider buying a used grass blower from the pawn shop. Just blow dust & dander away! Saves money on filter bags! Franz
