Got my payback for swatting flys and such, not to say it wont happen again, but...

Paybacks…

Did swat a fly or two,

In a lifetime of living without a clue,

Never understood karma till now,

What goes around comes around,

It certainly does for sure, I don’t know how…?

Stung was I twice this summer,

Never before do I recall, what a bummer,

Yesterday one got my left thigh,

I sat there in pain wondering why…?

From now on, when I do work in the yard,

I wear long pants, and shirts that are thicker by far,

No more bathing suits and bare feet,

I can wear them on the way to the beach,

And while driving my car…

So to all the stingers out there just waiting,

For me to come outside, they are just baiting,

I put forth my apologies if I have or do swat,

Please allow me to do my work,

Wish again I did live on a yacht…

Hmmm... sounds like you have two choices: wear those long pants, heavy socks, a hat with ear flaps, gloves, long-sleeved shirt and perhaps a face mask... OR... grow a stinger! (a dual, perhaps?) hehe... Sigh, don't despair, dear heart... I was stung recently, too, and my first thought was NOT the wasp didn't wish to hurt me, my first thought went something like this: ;zkb ; as;oidf; (and you can punctuate that!) Take care... and leave those shorts on and bare those tootsies! Touche! katy xox.

LOL. I love how you can write the silliest poetry about everyday things...you make "normal" life so interesting when seeing it through your eyes :) Love, Danielle

Use some "Skin-So-Soft" oil and lotion from Avon. They're known to shield off the mosquitos and flys. I'm not sure about the bees. Perhaps it will work on shielding out the bees too.
