Thanks for your patience,
You have been more than kind,
Herein you will find more of the same old grind…

My Humor Returned…

Where the hell did it go?

Did I send it off to the show?

Did you happen to see it pass?

I do love having little class,

And a lot of ever loving brass…

So brass balls do I have,

Better than bronze,

Better than silver,

Won’t rust like chrome,

Also even better than a geodesic dome…

Hey, there was this rumor,

That I did in fact lose my humor,

Hard to do it is, as my humor is a tumor,

On the base of my brain stem,

My humor is like a shining gem…

This may not make you laugh,

It may not make you cry,

It may not make you sigh,

But my humor has returned,

I know not where it went,

Or maybe it did not actually go,

Just, for a short time, it did hide?

Ed, I never believed it was lost. :-) That funny bone's a great healer (sometimes a weapon too). It's extractable you know. You take it out, aim it at a target, laugh, and it comes back. Sort of like a boomerang.

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :(

This is great news! I'm turning my computer off because I'm having a yard sale this weekend--a great way to have a fundraiser and meet all the neighbors at the same time. Remember, laughter IS the best medicine. Have a great day.
Love, Susan

I'm glad your humor is back... I count on it for at least one good laugh everyday... usually I get more than my expected one.

The Wholly Book of Genesis by Jay Dubya

The Wholly Book of Genesis is a humorous satire on the first book of the Old Testament where the Story of Creation, the building of Noah's Ark, Sodom and Gomorrah and the families of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are thoroughly spoofed and broadsided.
