Indispensable, Mom, Dad or me…?

I am not,

More dispensable,

Turn my lid and watch me put out,

Light my gas and watch me get hot…

No one on any job is indispensable,

Not even good old mom,

Though she would like you to think that way,

She would be more so if she learned to chuck hay…

Hell, nor a dad, is indispensable,

Teaching a kid how at most to pout,

Get his way and around his mom,

Teaching the manly stuff, like learning how to grout…

Mom teaches the little one how to use his spout,

Dad on the other hand teaches him how to be an insensitive lout,

At football games he has learned to at the ref be abusive and shout,

While Mom does know how to get him to do most anything,

Him she just does tout…

What a push-over are we, supposedly “indispensable” men…!?
