Backache…

My lower left side of my back does ache,

Hard to stand up, walk or anything straight,

Seems a sneeze did make me feel so bad,

From now on I let them fly, rather than feel so sad…

I picked up a lightweight rug,

Yes with my back not my legs,

It was hard to do so and I had to tug,

Dragging it out of the house was rough,

I had to take it alone, a total lug…

Since, my back has ached,

My leg is in spasm,

Damn herniated discs, like to throw them in a chasm,

I did try heat last night, prior to bed,

I felt like a holiday turkey, totally baked,

Wish was here to rub my back, was my mate…  

So now I have the phone problem and my back,

Problems to day I certainly do not seem to lack,

But even as such you can see I am almost sharp as a tack,

Another day at home it will be, as with regards my job I will slack…
