...Don’t ya hate to be on the tail end of dirty gossip…?

Can’t tell when it goes through the ringer,

If what you hear you should believe or not,

It may be something that just did linger,

Or it could be a story that is a zinger…

I really hate being the last to know,

No body does tell you what happened with any real flow,

And the older it does get, the longer it becomes,

Making it harder and harder to believe, it comes out so slow…

So if you are going to mention,

Something to me about some juicy gossip,

Please help me to alleviate my own inner tension,

By getting it out, as believable as possible,

And please do this before I am old enough to collect my pension…
