More insanity...

Poem Artwork

My Spring has Sprung…

Seems my main spring has finally sprung,

Attached it was to the ladder to my brain, the top rung,

Lost my handle of late, now my spring did spring,

Twing, twang, boing, clang, my spring has sprung,

Fortunately though I am not very young…

The older you get, the less you need your main spring,

Don’t worry I didn’t feel a thing, no it didn’t sting,

But I still have in my head this constant ring,

Seems it is still up there, hung up on something,

It surely does seem it is up there stuck, yes it does cling…

No spring maker can repair this product of my insanity,

A time I am having dealing with this inhumanity,

But to be honest, the spring did keep my from using profanity,

If any out there are associated with christianity,

Please feel free to walk away clean,

As you might dislike what I have to say,

For the sake of your minds, I refuse to lose my vanity…
