Another icky day in paradise…
More rain today after yesterday’s warmth,
Heavy it does seem on the roof right now,
Even Rufuz does not want to walk,
Holding it in he will wait for a break,
Hope that is not any kind of mistake…?
Another two hundred mile plus day,
Four-wheel drive engaged, the only way,
Heavy rain, some freezing roads,
Other cars slipping and sliding like driving on toads…
Wet though Rufuz and I got quite a lot,
Our day is over, no trouble did we have, no not,
We did get home quite late, traffic a horror,
No more could I have driven, no farther…
