Update…

Christmas day so quiet and relaxing,

Nothing done by us in anyway taxing,

Would have like to have been found waxing,

The south is sending snow; yes they are faxing…

Gonna have to go out for a drive tomorrow,

When the snow does come down

It will give the Jeep a workout,

That is of course if I can get money for gas, yes borrow…

One more week on this old job,

Then I can take it and lob,

Off a short pier, the memories as well,

It’s been a long couple of years,

I am not herein trying to give you a snow job…

I do sincerely hope,

That with your families and friends,

You did have a wonderful Christmas,

I hope you all got what you wanted from Santa,

I guess he must have forgotten me,

Under my tree he did not leave my Mercedes Benz…
