Sleep…
Okay, now can I get some sleep?
The neighbors have visited,
The sewer tanks been pumped,
My rent is paid, and Rufuz walked,
Did my shopping and cleaned my house,
Washed the car, fed the neighborhood mouse…
Is it okay with everyone that I now take a nap?
Damn the torpedo’s, the next person that stops will get slapped,
Took a shower, shaved and like that,
Rufuz is out on the leash, now I can relax and take a crap…
After that I will sleep and dream like I deserve,
I am in great need; I am running out of reserves,
I just want to curl up with a good book,
Watch some TV this weekend and relax,
Just once I would like to do what I plan,
Just once I want to sit here and eat my snacks…

Sleep? What's that????? LOL
I hear you--
Do what I did--get a CD of the ocean waves, non-subliminal, without music--just pure wavesong--put that on, and I guarantee, you'll sleep better--I hadn't slept more than four/five hours a night (IF I WAS LUCKY), due to this damn pinched nerve--until I spent the night in Galveston, before my cruise--hotel right there on the ocean...SNOOOOOORE!!!!!!!!!!! ALL NIGHT LONG! Slept better on the ship (save for that first night, whee! 30 foot waves *barrrrf* LOL), and so I bought the CD--have slept SOOOOOO much better. :)
