It's not like he will melt

Just another day in the neighborhood, now I know why I like to work so much...;) Ed

It’s not like he will melt…

Oh that poor dog, its raining and he’s on the leash,

Bring the poor thing into the house at least,

Fer cryin’ out loud, you don’t think he will melt,

I mean he has all that hair, such a great amount of pelt…

You would think I was the worst dog owner ever,

He knows how to stay dry; he is quite clever,

Once in awhile there is cleaning to be done, I do so endeavor,

Okay, okay I will bring him in out of the rain, however…

Now he sits and stares out the door,

Damn the neighbors that said let him in to lie on the floor,

Now I have to put up with him staring at me as if I am at fault,

This dog first wants in, now out, can he not make up his mind?

Certainly in his genes he must have a lot of female intertwined…
