Just look at him on my bed, waving me away...;(

Poem Artwork

Rufuz now wants top billing…

The doghouse I am in,

Rufuz did put me there, ain’t it a sin?

He says he wants top billing,

No longer can I write Ed & Rufuz,

I am holding back, I am most unwilling…L

He says no longer am I allowed to sleep in my bed,

My pillows and covers are only now for his head,

I have been relegated to the outside shed,

At least a roof and four walls I got,

But with the holes in the floor I share it,

With all the animals of Nature that I have in the past fed…J

They think Rufuz is being unreasonable,

Fortunately for now living out here in the spring it is quite seasonable,

And Rufuz will come around eventually,

Right now he is not so very amiable…L

So for now I will give in to his whims,

Since you all have given him great reviews,

His head has grown a percentage of ten-fold,

For now I can be nice, but if you know any hymns,

I would sing them for him,

Before I get to the point of breaking some of his limbs…J

Hmmmm... I don't think he's waving at you, EM... nope. I think he's just tired of all the paparazzi, constantly "dogging" him... Ahem! You know, like all the big stars. Poor thing... like Greta Garbo (or is it Marlena Dietrich?) he just 'vants to be alone, dahling'...

At least in the shed, you can plant veggies right in the floor... have your own little farmer's market... bugs and all. ICK! katy xox

I've sent Rufuz an e-mail about his new playmate. You are toast.

You should at least consider co-billing, you meanie. Rufuz does write half of your posts, and all the great teams had co-billing: Laurel & Hardy, Abbott & Costello, Dino & Jerry, etc., etc.

Change your Bio Page to Rufuz & Ed, and I bet ole Rufuz lets you back in the house.
