Not Myself

If not myself, then who am I...?

Not Myself…

Today I was not myself,

Nor did I even act like my elf,

Looking into the mirror,

I did not know who it was staring back,

Even after I did clean the glass to make it clearer…

Throughout the day I was off, yes way,

My mind today did seem to be in disarray,

Of myself I could not portray,

My whole day was just one after the other of dismay…

I hope that tomorrow does work out better,

Don’t worry though I will not write a suicide letter,

Fortunately when I get home I did get to become a petter,

My dog making me feel much, much better…

But still the feeling does persist,

Should I just end it all and not resist?

Going to bed to sleep away this funk,

Nothing I do feel is anything in the way of bunk,

Let me just go to sleep and close the lid of my trunk…

Pets, thankfully, know just how to make us 'ourselves' again, and statistics show that people with pets are generally less stressed out. Pet Rufuz some more, it really does help.

moments! life is mad eup of moments,no one is happy all the time.....It is just to cherish those happy moments, freeze them, capture them with warmth and gratitude, life is a gift given to us.Moments and we must find and capture the good ones.
I felt something very deep when reading this.I felt sorrow,
but at the same time I became aware of lifes mountain tops with sunbeams great and realised at once

we must outwait our fate! To be able to see the sunrays,Just wait!
I liked it!
