How I hate people who gossip...!

Do I need to know that your mother in laws cousin’s hairdresser is allergic to # 2 pencil…?

All the things we are told,

I hate to be forcefully sold,

When from family it comes from the fold,

Better to be put out into the freezing cold…

I don’t want to know all the dirt,

I don’t care to be the first or last to know,

Don’t come knocking on my door with all the news, you old crow,

What makes you think I care about others woe…?

So they did commit suicide,

So they did so with a pan to fry,

Burning down the house in the process,

As long as they did to themselves, I don’t care why…

Who needs a telephone?

Who needs a telegraph?

Who needs to watch the television?

If I want to know, all I have to do is ask the local gossip,

They can then tell me of everyone else’s indecision…

Thank you, Ed. I needed to get my mind of the real and back to the real and gossips are the everyday real of the real pain in the ass.
