My computer is having a cow

My computer is having a cow…

Mooing is what she is doing,

I wanted to put an extra “O” in doing,

But the damn spell checker would not allow it,

At least it let me write the word mooing,

With my computer I swear I am wooing…

Did ya ever notice you and your computer seem to be having an affair?

This is not what I started to type about at first, though now it seems fair,

It certainly does seem that day by day my computer,

Is possibly becoming more and more self-aware…

Why MUST I put a dash betwixt those last two words?

Why MUST I spell betwixt with a “t” at the end?

I does spell it like I hear it, I have been speaking the language,

Longer than this damn computer has been spell checking,

Sometimes I just wish this computer would up and go to “hecking”…

My computer and I are just good friends - but to each his own! And please keep those blinds and shades on your motor home drawn tight, pal!
