He leaves me & expects me to be happy when home he comes…by Rufuz

Said he would take me along,

Oh sure I have heard that dance and song,

More than once I have to say,

Still though I am thankful that to him I belong…

He expects me to jump up and down,

To treat his leaving without a frown,

Dogs are people too; we have feelings,

We are not just here to be our master’s clown…

I gotta admit though, he brings home good treats,

Sometimes its candy, I do so love sweets,

Though I know he will again this leaving repeat,

I guess I should feel lucky; my daddy is one of the elites…

Awwww...poor Ruffie...do you get bored when Daddy's not around?? Look at the upside...you can do all the things when he is away that he doesn't let you do when he is home. Just be sure to clean up all the mess before he gets back. The jumping up and down and acting all excited to see him is a good cover, by the way.
Take care,
Sherry
